Yacht Getaways are an operator of premier sailing holidays in Croatia, Greece, the Caribbean and Italy, catering to discerning guests of a varied demographic. To meet our company aim we are looking for professional and charismatic staff with the same enthusiasm and drive. Your duties will centre on sailing and client interaction. Working together, hours will vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements. You must be able to work as an independent team with a sociable and positive personality suitable for a guest-facing role. Skipper: In this role you will be responsible for and undertake the following: - Ensuring the safety of guests and your yacht throughout the week - Maintaining holiday delivery standards: yacht maintenance, cleanliness, service delivery and quality of provisions - Interact and socialise with guests, teaching guests basic sailing skills if they so wish - Reporting to the Product Manager and working closely with the Country Guest and Operations Managers - Weekly itinerary planning and liaising with local partners and activity providers - Manage relationships with port authorities, marina staff and operational partners - Maintenace of procedural documents and reporting structures Required: - RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Practical Certificate - RYA Powerboat Level 2 - First Aid at Sea - VHF Radio License - 2 years professional charter experience of a similar standard Host: In this role you will be responsible for and undertake the following: - Ensuring the delivery of minimum service standards throughout the week - Coordinate guest arrival and departures - Provisioning the yacht and preparing meals to meet set standards - Interact and socialise with guests, providing daily assistance and advice, arranging activities and facilitating bookings where required - Route administration and maintenance of procedural documents - Managing relationships with local partners to provide the best service to guests - Reporting to the Product Manager and working closely with Country Guest and Operations Managers Required: - 2 years professional host experience in a charter environment - RYA Powerboat Level 2 - First Aid - Food and Safety Level 2 - VHF Radio License For more information on the positions available pleasecut and past the following URL into your web browser: https://www.yachtgetaways.com/about/#working-for-us Location: We are recruiting multiple positions in the following locations - Split, Croatia / Athens, Greece/ Italy / Caribbean To apply: Please email careers@navigatetravel.com with your CV, cover letter, sample menu and recent image.
