Marketing Manager (Remote Based) An experienced, forward-thinking marketing manager is required to join a world-leading design and manufacturing company that supplies the global superyacht industry. Having grown from strength to strength in recent years and now expanding with additional product lines this successful, Award-winning business is looking for an individual with substantial digital marketing and social media expertise. The successful candidate will not only have experience of modern marketing techniques but collaborative strengths and the ability and desire to develop with the company. This is a one-off career opportunity to collaborate with a world-leading team to take a small market leading company to new levels of commercial success. Role & Responsibilities • Develop and execute the marketing strategy • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts • Deliver promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form the marketing strategy • Work with other staff/contractors to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams including PR • Choose SEO partner agencies, printers and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition • Attendance and representation at industry B2B and B2C trade shows. • Work within budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service • Track ROI on all marketing initiatives to monitor success • Adjust channel marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback Skillset • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels • Excellent communication skills with a sensitivity to international cultures. • A Hands-On approach to getting day-to-day tasks done whilst juggling multiple demands. • Ability to think creatively and innovatively • Budget-management skills and proficiency • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc • Character attributes - A Sense of Humour, Excellent Communication skills, Resilience, Commitment, drive and the ability to thrive under pressure. Experience & Qualifications • A background in both B2B and B2C marketing • An Honours degree 2.1 or better Location HQ in Swansea but the candidate may be based remotely provided they have easy access to transport systems and can attend HQ at least twice a month. An element of International travel will also be required.
