An opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic trainee Yacht Broker to join our Port Hamble office. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (face-to-face, written and telephone) and the ability to build and develop relationships with all types of clients are essential as is a ˜can do" attitude and computer literacy. You should be prepared to provide the highest level of professional service in the industry, something our clients have come to expect from us and that we pride ourselves on. You may come from an entirely different background (or just starting out in your career) but you must have no doubt of your ability to quickly build lasting professional and effective relationships with clients, many of whom are individuals of considerable worth. You will be joining an established, high-achieving and professional Europe-wide brokerage house. We offer a remuneration package that includes a basic salary plus commission in modern offices overlooking the waterfront. All candidates should be aware that Brokerage, as part of the leisure industry often needs to be open on weekends and Bank Holidays and this forms an essential part of the role.
