Sales Support Administrator Hamble, Southampton Hours of work: Monday to Friday and occasional weekends during Open Days and Boat Shows A long-established boat sales business is looking for an administrator to support the after-sales side of the company. Reporting to the Directors and Senior Administrator, the successful applicant will be responsible for preparing worklists for our yard team and handover checklists for our sales team, filing, data entry, ordering and posting spare parts to customers, and the general preparation of files necessary for a sale to proceed. Required skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Must be highly organised - Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - Ability to learn new software - Ability to work unsupervised - Ability to prioritise your workload - Must be a team player and be flexible to assist in areas outside your specific role - Good telephone manner - Must have good people skills Advantageous but not essential -Some knowledge of yachts and sailing -Knowledge of Xero Location: Hamble, Southampton, UK Salary: Dependent on Experience To Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to Key Yachting via the 'apply' button below
