An experienced After Sales Manager is required to join Sea Ventures (UK) Ltd. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to manage and develop an increasingly important side of the business as we strive for continued excellence in client relations, retention and servicing. Sea Ventures (UK) Ltd is the largest Jeanneau dealer in the UK. Our After Sales department is an integral part of the business. The position will be based at our HQ in Swanwick marina. Key responsibilities: * Manage Jeanneau warranty/after sales for sail and power and oversee warranty process for individual owners * Liaise directly with Sea Ventures (UK) Ltd owners and the Jeanneau factory * Organise and manage contractors in UK and abroad * Further develop Sea Ventures (UK) Ltd service department * Identify and create aftersales products we can offer clients * Manage spare parts sales for sail and power * Manage stores goods inwards and out * Maintain warranty and spares digital records Essential requirements: * Ideally 5 years + After Sales/Service experience although we will consider applicants with less experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * IT literate and exceptionally organised * Ability to multi-task and handle pressure * Working closely together with colleagues is vitally important, we strongly encourage a 'team' environment Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Location: Swanwick Marina, Hampshire, UK Candidate must live within a reasonable commutable distance and expect occasional travel within UK and abroad To apply: Please forward a recent CV and covering letter to Tim Harley at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the 'apply' button below.
