The role of Charter Assistant is multi-faceted and therefore requires an individual who is versatile as well as business-minded in their skills and approach. Experience of working in the marine industry, especially charter, would be a distinct advantage, but candidates with experience of working in related industries with suitable skill sets would be considered. Language skills would also be a benefit. The ideal applicant would have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a 'can-do' attitude, an organised approach and the ability to work well under pressure. This role also includes account admin work, including invoicing and creating and scheduling payments so any experience in this sector would be an advantage. In this relatively small company there is real opportunity to make a direct impact on the success and development of the business. You must be available to attend boat shows and events around the world when needed.
