Exciting oportunity for a technically minded individual for a Aftersales technical parts coodinator position. This role requires good boat building knowledge, good communication and phone manner. The main responsibilities of this role will be to work closely with the warrenty support team, sourcing and supplying requested parts and components. Working hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Role purpose The key purpose of the position is to receive, identify, source and co-ordinate delivery of urgent warranty parts orders. Acting professionally as a central point of contact for our Warranty Technical Support Team and our Worldwide Dealer Network, you will ensure that warranty parts orders are correctly identified, processed and sourced in a timely manner. This role will require you to deliver excellent customer service, which compliments the Sunseeker’ brand and customer expectation. Example duties and responsibilities Responding in a timely and professional manner to all parts demands placed by the Warranty Technical Support Team Collecting all pertinent information to enable correct material identification ensuring 100% parts accuracy Contacting external and internal suppliers directly to obtain quotations and confirm stock levels and delivery lead times Following up regularly on external and internal purchase orders, with our suppliers and Sunseeker Procurement Team ensuring parts are delivered within the time scales laid out Keeping distributors updated at all times on the status of critically urgent parts orders Following robust parts accuracy processes, ensuring that a “right first time approach” is achieved for our distributors Responding directly to phone calls and emails from distributors requesting accurate parts delivery information and general parts information Assisting the Retail Parts team when required, during busy periods and providing holiday/illness cover Assisting with the annual departmental warehouse stock take To be considered for this role you should have: The ability to be a team player, with a competitive and committed nature, to achieve departmental targets The ability to work under pressure and achieve multiple delivery deadlines The capability to manage your day to day working time effectively and efficiently A confident and calm manner with an enquiring mind and tenacity for problem solving Good attention to detail, with the ability to multi task Excellent telephone manner with good verbal, and written communication skills Boat building knowledge, or a good understanding of the anatomy of boats and their systems Proficient in the use of Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel For more information please call Jordan Chase on 02382 024 277
