The role is to be responsible to oversee and deliver the club training and coaching program, and also to assist the Marine Manager in delivering the efficient and safe operation of all Marine services. Responsible to Marine Manager and in turn the General Manager. Competitive salary and benefits. Main Responsibilities: * Responsible to oversee and deliver the club training and coaching program, and also to assist the Marine Manager in delivering the efficient and safe operation of all Marine services. * To handle all customer queries received regarding the club training and coaching program * To liaise with the Marine manager regarding budgets/purchases, capital expenditure. * To maintain the equipment required for the operation of the club training and hire fleet. * To assist the overall marine team as required in delivering the efficient operation of all marine services. * To recruit, induct, train and manage the training & coaching team. * Any other reasonable management request Working Hours: Normal working hours 40 hrs working week as required by the varied nature of club.
