An exciting opportunity to join our expanding and multifaceted Operations team based in London. You will be an integral member of the sailing operations team, managing the delivery of our products across Europe and Caribbean. You will maintain customer experience standards, liaising between the head office and local teams to ensure consistency of product quality and delivery. Main Responsibilities: * Oversee seasonal product planning and implementation of operational processes and procedures * Maintain guest experience standards through the season * Management and training of overseas seasonal staff team(s) * Manage seasonal reporting and operational costs Skills Required: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, graduate level preferred * A strong team leader with experience in a management or leadership position * Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently * Excellent attention to detail and ability to task complete under pressure Desirable Skills or Qualifications: * Sailing and training experience or qualifications * Background within the travel and tourism sector Navigate Travel is a travel holiday company so it is, of course, desirable that any candidate will share our passion for travel and value our customer experience.
